Anna Ramírez Bauxell (born March 14, 1981 in Vic ) is a Spanish cyclist .

In 2004, Anna Ramírez was the first Spanish road race champion , after finishing second in 2001 and 2002. In 2011 and 2012 she was again national runner-up in road racing, and in 2014 she won the title for the second time.

In 2012, Ramírez caused a stir when she wrote an open letter criticizing the Spanish Cycling Federation's handling of women's sport.
