Anne Marie Loder (born August 3, 1969 in St. John's , Newfoundland ) is a Canadian actress .

Life

Before starting her career in show business, Anne Marie Loder first studied for two years at the Ryerson Theater School for Actors in Toronto . Since 1993 she has been seen in various television productions, in particular she has made guest appearances in television series. At first she also took on small roles in some film productions, such as Darkman II - Durant's return from 1995. Since the late 1990s, she also took on larger roles in various television films.

She became known for her role as Sophie Becker in the series Higher Ground , which was broadcast on ProSieben in 2005 . Loder is married to the actor Peter DeLuise .
