action

Casey Stuart's mother dies. With Casey's father, Ben, a lawyer, busy, Casey feels lonely. With the help of a magic book, Casey tries to bring her mother back to life. The object that should help her with this: Her mother's brush, in which her mother's hair is. Unfortunately for Casey, her father's work colleague, who had given her an 'EVE doll' before, enters the room and causes a mess. Casey leaves the room furious. To do something good for Casey, colleague Eve combs her hair, which has been messed up by the mess. This means that it is no longer only Casey's mother's hair, but also that of the Eve doll that is on the hairbrush.

After the work colleague has left the room, Casey speaks the spell, which initially doesn't seem to work. The next morning, however, when she wakes up mumbling the spell, she is shocked. 'Eve' lies next to her, in a living form and life size. The girl is now trying to transform Eve back. Meanwhile, her father begins to approach Eve, and over time, Casey begins to like Eve too.

In the end, it is Eve's decision to transform herself back after production of the Eve doll is set to cease. To save production, she conjures up the counter-spell herself. As they say goodbye, she thanks Casey and her father for the things they learned from them. From now on she promises to help more little girls.

After Eve disappears, Casey begins living her life again. She meets up with friends and has found new courage to face life.
