The Steel Eagle IV is the third and final sequel to The Steel Eagle . Louis Gossett Jr. can be seen again in the lead role , directed by Sidney J. Furie , as in the first two parts of the series .

General Charles 'Chappy' Sinclair is a retired soldier who runs a teenage flying school. Together with his students, he uncovered a US Air Force conspiracy in the course of which Cuba was to be bombed with biological warfare agents.
