Rachel Blanchard
Rachel Elise Blanchard (born March 19, 1976 in Toronto , Ontario ) is a Canadian actress .
Life
After graduating from high school , she began studying at Queen's University in Kingston , but took a break for her acting career. She was eventually selected from hundreds of applicants for the lead role in the television series Clueless , after showing her talent in other series. The role made her famous. Her role in A Heavenly Family as Roxanne also made her famous.
In 1993 Blanchard was nominated together with others at the Young Artist Award for the children's television series Grusel, Grauen, Gänsehaut . She made it to the big screen in 1995 with the film The Steel Eagle IV . Her first role she had in a commercial of McDonald's .
