Anne Perry - Interiors is a German documentary about the crime writer Anne Perry , who committed murder as a teenager. The film explores the question of how Anne Perry deals with her own guilt more than 50 years after the crime.

Anne Perry was born as Juliet Hulme. At the age of 15, she and her best friend Pauline Parker murdered their mother, Honora Parker. The girls were convicted of the act and only escaped the death penalty by being young. After five years in prison, they were released on condition that they never contact each other again.
The story was filmed in 1994 by Peter Jackson under the title Heavenly Creatures , with Kate Winslet in the role of Juliet Hulme.
After her release in 1959, Perry returned to England and took her stepfather's name. Anne Perry is not a pseudonym but has been her correct real name ever since. Today she is one of the most successful writers in her genre.
The director Dana Linkiewicz completed her studies in directing at the Art Academy for Media Cologne. Her short film Doppelmord ran in 2007 at various festivals and on German television.
