Anton Kochs
Anton Kochs (born August 18, 1902 in Düsseldorf , † March 25, 1984 in Bergisch Gladbach ) was a German Catholic priest.
Career
Kochs studied theology at the Institutum philosophicum in Innsbruck . On March 12, 1927, he was ordained a priest in St. Paulus Cathedral by the Münster bishop Johannes Poggenburg . His time as a chaplain led him to St. Martin's Church in Sendenhorst , and later he worked in the diocese of Meißen . Bernhard Marschall brought him in 1934 as an assistant in the Episcopal Headquarters for the Catholic Action in Düsseldorf. From 1939 he was director of the Catholic Lecture Series and the Diözesanfilmstelle in Berlin. From 1946 to 1969 he was director of the church headquarters for image and film work in Cologne. Afterwards he worked as a subsidiary in the parish of St. Mary Conception in Bergisch Gladbach - Bärbroich .
