Antonio Balzano (born June 13, 1986 in Bitonto ) is an Italian football player .

Career

Balzano started playing football in the youth department of AS Bari . In 2004 he was accepted into the professional squad, but did not get beyond the reservist role, which is why he switched to Cisco Roma in January 2006 . After six months without a job, he left Cisco and joined FC Rieti . For this he completed 13 league games in one year before returning to Cisco Roma in 2007. After another year with few appearances, Balzano was able to recommend himself as a regular player for the next two seasons. In 2010, the Cisco association was re-established under the name Atletico Roma , but was completely dissolved a year later. Balzano was also a regular this year. After the dissolution, he moved to Delfino Pescara in 1936 , where he immediately became an important part of the team. In his first season he was able to celebrate the second division championship and promotion to Serie A with Delfino . Although Balzano was also used regularly in his first first division season , he did not leave Pescara after its relegation, but also played for Delfino in the following season . But now that he was not promoted again, he moved back to Serie A at Cagliari Calcio for the 2014/15 season .

Balzano made 50 league appearances for Cagliari in two years before being loaned to AC Cesena in the 2016/17 season . In summer 2017, Balzano rejoined Delfino Pescara.
