Antonio De Luca CSsR (born July 1, 1956 in Torre del Greco ) is Bishop of Teggiano-Policastro .

Life

Antonio De Luca joined the Congregation of the Redemptorists in, put on 29 September 1973, the profession , and received on 5 July 1981, the priestly ordination . He was then rector of the missionary school of his order until 1990. In 1993 he was promoted to Secretary of the Province of Naples, of which he was Superior from 1999 to 2008.

Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Bishop of Teggiano - Policastro on November 26, 2011, and he was inducted into office on February 4 of the next year. The Archbishop of Naples , Crescenzio Cardinal Sepe , donated him episcopal ordination on January 7th of the following year ; Co- consecrators were Joseph William Tobin CSsR, Secretary of the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life , and Angelo Spinillo , Bishop of Aversa . As a motto he chose Dum omni modo Christ adnuntietur .

On November 29, 2014, Beniamino Depalma was invested as a Grand Officer in the Order of the Knights of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem .
