Antti Ojansivu (born May 14, 1993 in Tampere ) is a Finnish cross-country skier .

Career

Ojansivu made his first international appearance at the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2011 in Otepää . There he won the bronze medal with the relay. At the European Olympic Winter Youth Festival 2011 in Liberec , he won the gold medal over 10 km classic. In addition, he was over 7.5 km freestyle and fifth in the sprint. At the beginning of the 2011/12 season he started in Vuokatti for the first time in the Scandinavian Cup and achieved 70th place in the 3.75 km freestyle. His best result at the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2012 in Erzurum was fifth place in the skiathlon . In March 2012 he made his debut in Lahti in the cross-country skiing world cup . He started in the skiathlon race, which he did not finish. At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2013 in Liberec, he came in 19th place over 10 km freestyle and in each case on the seventh place in the skiathlon and with the relay. He achieved his best placement at the U23 World Championships in February 2015 in Almaty with 18th place in the sprint. In February 2017 he got his first World Cup points in Pyeongchang with 18th place in the skiathlon.
