Anuschawan Ter-Gewondjan (* February 24 jul. / 8. March  1887 greg. In Tbilisi ; † 6. June 1961 in Yerevan ) was an Armenian composer.

Ter-Gewondjan studied until 1915 at the Petrograd Conservatory with Alexander Konstantinowitsch Glasunow , Anatoli Konstantinowitsch Lyadow and Maximilian Ossejewitsch Steinberg . From 1918 to 1925 he taught music theory at the Conservatory of Tbilisi, then until 1944 at the Conservatory of Yerevan, which he directed from 1930 .

He composed two operas , two ballets , a symphony , a rhapsody , choral works, songs and drama music.
