Haus Apfelallee 3 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The Apfelallee 3 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1900. The villa on Apfelallee is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey building with a balcony niche on the gable side was extended to the rear in 1987. The villa is a typical example of the local country house style with wooden components of the Pasing II villa colony .
