House Apfelallee 9 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The Apfelallee 9 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1898. The villa in the apple alley of the Pasing II villa colony is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey building was built according to plans by August Exter's office , who designed many other houses in the villa colony. The house with a cripple hipped roof received a rear extension in 1912.
