Apicius is a journal of haute cuisine . In addition to the original Spanish edition, it is also published in English, French, Italian and Dutch. Apicius is published by Montagud Editores and appears twice a year. Its name goes back to the Roman gourmet and cookbook author Marcus Gavius ​​Apicius .
