Titular bishopric Aquipendium
Aquipendium ( Italian : Acquapendente ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
This is the city of Acquapendente , located in the Italian region of Lazio , which received an independent diocese on September 13, 1649 . This status was revoked on September 30, 1986, and the diocese was incorporated into the diocese of Viterbo with three other dioceses (including the titular diocese of Montefiascone ) . In 1980 the diocese counted 19,744 Catholics in 14 parishes , which were looked after by 15 diocesan and 5 religious priests . In March 1991 the diocese was re-established as a titular diocese .
