The Arado W II was a training seaplane from the German Arado Flugzeugwerke .

Two Arado W IIs were registered in 1928 as D – 1412 and D – 1544 with the Deutsche Verkehrsfliegerschule GmbH and were deleted from the aircraft role in 1934 and 1937 respectively.

construction

The W II had a fabric-covered tubular steel hull with two open seats for teachers and students one behind the other. The W II was designed as a low wing aircraft and also had a fabric-covered double-spar wing. The two wooden floats were braced against the fuselage and the wings.
