Arap Kiptalam Keter

Arap Kiptalam Keter (* 1932 ) is a former Kenyan middle-distance runner and sprinter .

In 1954 he failed at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Vancouver over 880 yards in advance and came in fourth place with the Kenyan 4-by-440-yard relay.

At the Olympic Games in Melbourne in 1956 he was eliminated over 800 m and in the 4 x 400 meter relay in the first round.

In 1958 he did not get past 880 yards at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff and took sixth place with the Kenyan 4-by-440-yard relay.

At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Perth in 1962 , he was eliminated over 440 yards and over 880 yards in advance.

He set his personal best of 1: 49.7 min over 880 yards (corresponds to 1: 49.0 min over 800 m) on August 12, 1961 in Kapsabet .
