The Stralsund Labor Court is a labor court in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .

    Court days were held in the district court of Anklam until the judicial structure reform came into effect on October 6, 2014 .

    The judicial district included the old districts of Rügen , Northern Pomerania , Eastern Pomerania and the Hanseatic City of Greifswald until October 6, 2014 .

    The labor court in Neubrandenburg was dissolved by the reform of the court structure and foreign chambers of the labor court in Stralsund were set up there. Since then, the judicial district has encompassed the districts of Mecklenburg Lake District , Western Pomerania-Greifswald and Western Pomerania-Rügen .

    The court is located in the Justice Center at Frankendamm 17 together with the Stralsund Regional Court and the Stralsund Social Court . The foreign chambers in Neubrandenburg can be found in the building of the former Labor Court in Neubrandenburg at the address Südbahnstraße 8 a .

    Superior courts

    The regional labor court of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and the federal labor court are superordinate to the Stralsund labor court .
