Ariana Richards
Ariana Clarice Richards (born September 11, 1979 in Healdsburg , California ) is an American actress .
Life
Ariana Richards is the sister of actress Bethany Richards . At the age of seven she stood in front of the camera for a commercial for the first time. In 1991, when she was twelve, she won her first film award ( Best young actress ) for the television film Switched at Birth . A year later she won the award again for her role in Locked Up . In 1993, Steven Spielberg cast her as the granddaughter of the park inventor in Jurassic Park . After attending high school, she studied at Skidmore College in New York . She graduated in acting and art .
