The Arklow F-Class is a coaster class of the Irish shipping company Arklow Shipping. The ships were built at the Spanish shipyard Astilleros de Murueta and delivered between the end of 2006 and the end of 2011.

The vessels will be of four-stroke - six-cylinder - diesel engine driven, via a reduction gear to a pitch propeller effect. The ships can thus reach around 11.5 kn . Initially, engines from the manufacturer Caterpillar of the type MaK 6M25 with an output of 1,980 kW were used. For the units built in 2010 and 2011, MAN type 6L27 / 38 engines with an output of 2,040 kW were used.
Two Guascor diesel engines with 175 kW output each and one Guascor diesel engine with 50 kW output are available for power generation, which drive two Stamford generators with 175 kVA apparent power each and one Stamford generator with 60 kVA apparent power. A wave generator is also available. The ships are equipped with a bow thruster with an output of 250 kW.
The deckhouse is in the rear of the ships. The hold is in front of the deckhouse . The hatch is 63 meters long and 11.7 meters wide and closed with pontoon hatch covers that can be moved using a hatch cart. The loading space is box-shaped over a length of 51.3 meters. The ships are equipped with two bulkheads with which the hold can be divided. The bulkheads can be set up in ten positions. The cargo space is 6,074 m³. When the bulkheads are on board, 6,056 m³ are available. The tank top can be loaded with 15 t / m², the hatch cover with 1.75 t / m³.
