Arna Sif Pálsdóttir (born January 5, 1988 in Vestmannaeyjar ) is an Icelandic handball player .
Arna Sif Pálsdóttir initially played for the Icelandic first division club HK Kópavogur . In 2009 the circle player signed a contract with the Danish first division club Horsens HK . For Horsens she scored 19 goals in 20 games in the 2009/10 season. In the summer of 2010 Arna Sif joined the league rival team Esbjerg . After a year in Esbjerg, she moved to the first division Aalborg DH . In the summer of 2013, she signed a contract with the Danish second division club SK Aarhus . For the 2015/16 season she moved to the French first division club OGC Nice . In the summer of 2017 she moved to the Hungarian first division club Debreceni Vasutas SC . After the 2017/18 season, she joined the Icelandic first division club ÍBV Vestmannaeyja . In summer 2019 she joined Valur Reykjavík .
Arna Sif Pálsdóttir made 128 international appearances for Iceland . With her national team, she qualified for the European Championships for the first time in 2010 . In addition, she previously took part with the Icelandic national junior team at the 2008 World Cup in Macedonia, where Iceland finished 13th.
