Arne Thoms (born January 1, 1971 in Osnabrück ) is a former German tennis player .

He reached his highest position in the world tennis rankings in singles on May 18, 1992 with the 98th place. In the double ranking he was listed on July 5, 1993 at rank 169. In 1992, 1994 and 1995 he reached the 2nd round in the individual competition at the Grand Slam tournament in Wimbledon . In 1992 he failed in the duel against Jacco Eltingh after his own abandonment in the second set only in the quarter-finals of the Manchester tournament. In the tennis Bundesliga he started for the HTV Hannover .
