The Arnold Cove is a bay on the Scott Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It is located on McMurdo Sound between Gneiss Point and Marble Point .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the bay after Charles L. Arnold, who headed a team in the United States Antarctic Research Program for engineering studies at Marble Point, McMurdo Station and Williams Field from 1971 to 1972.
