Arnold II von Leiningen was Bishop of Speyer from 1124 to 1126.

Arnold II von Leiningen came from the von Leiningen family , who later provided other Speyer bishops with Heinrich von Leiningen and Emich von Leiningen . His time as bishop only lasted a few years.
