Arnold I. von Falkenberg was Bishop of Speyer from 1054 to 1056.
Arnold I. von Falkenberg, also Arnoldus, probably came from the Falkenberg family . Falkenberg Castle was named after the headquarters . Arnold was provost in the Weißenburg monastery in Alsace , from 1038 abbot in Limburg near Bad Dürkheim . In 1051 he became Abbot of Corvey . He headed the monastery until 1053 and stood out in particular as a sponsor of the school system. In 1053 he moved to the Lorsch Abbey as abbot before becoming bishop in Speyer.
