The Arroyo Chuy del Tacuarí (also short Arroyo Chuy) is a small river located in the area of the Cerro Largo department in eastern Uruguay .
The tributary of the Río Tacuarí rises in the Cuchilla Grande in the area of Cerro Largo and is dammed into a small lake (approx. 1 km²) just a few kilometers after its source. It then makes its way from north to south to the confluence with the Río Tacuarí . About halfway it forms a branched marsh area into which several tributaries flow, before it gathers about 22 km before its mouth.
