The Arroyo Sarandí Grande is a river located in eastern Uruguay .
Of the catchment area of Laguna Merín counting flow runs in the area of departments Treinta y Tres from north to south-east. Its source is in the Cuchilla de Dionisio near the Cerro Largo department . From there it covers about 70 kilometers to its confluence with the Laguna Merín. On the way there, it crosses under Ruta 18, just before it passes the town of Estación Rincón to the southwest . One of its tributaries is the Arroyo Sarandí Chico, which rises east of Estación Rincón .
