Arsenio Sebastião Cabungula (born March 14, 1979 in Luanda ), called Love , is a former Angolan football player . The striker played exclusively in his home country, where he was champion, cup winner and top scorer several times. With the Angolan national team he took part in the 2006 World Cup in Germany.
Club career
From 2000, Love first played for six years at Atlético Sport Aviação , with whom he won the Girabola , the Angolan championship title, three times and the Angolan Cup once . During this time he was also twice top scorer in the league. He then played for Primeiro de Agosto from 2007 to 2010 and won the cup again. In early 2011 he moved to Atlético Petróleos Luanda . Here he was the top scorer for the third time in 2011 and achieved his third cup success in 2012. In 2013 he joined Kabuscorp FC do Palanca , where he won his fourth championship in 2013 . After half a year at Clube Recreativo da Caála , he played for Sagrada Esperança from mid-2015 to the end of 2016 . In 2017 he ended his career after another season at Atlético Sport Aviação.
National team
Love played for the Angolan national team more than 60 times from 2001 to 2016 . In 2004 he won the South African Championship with Angola . He was used once at the 2006 World Cup and was eliminated with Angola in the preliminary round. Love also took part in the African Championships several times and was also in the squad in 2008 and 2010, when the Angolan team reached the quarter-finals and thus their best placement in this competition so far. In 2011 he finished second with Angola at the African Nations Cup .
Coaching career
After his active career, Love took on various functions at the Angolan Football Association. He is currently on the coaching team of the U17 national team.
