Artūrs Koļesņikovs ( Russian Артур Колесников ; born November 22, 1990 in Daugavpils ) is a Latvian biathlete .

Artūrs Koļesņikovs from Daugavpils competed in his first races as part of the junior races of the European Cup, later the IBU Cup . In 2008 he contested his first men's IBU Cup race in Osrblie and finished 62nd in a sprint race. In 2009 he achieved his best result in the racing series to date with 61st place. The first international championships were the Junior World Championships 2008 in Ruhpolding , where he was 73rd in the individual, 54th in the sprint and 55th in the pursuit. It was not until the Junior World Championships 2011 in Nové Město na Moravě that Koļesņikovs was used again at a major international event. In the individual he was 72nd, missed the pursuit race by two places as 62nd of the sprint and reached 12th place with the relay. In the further course of the year, the Latvian also took part in the junior races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships in 2011 and was lapped 30th of the sprint in the pursuit race and came in eleventh place with the mixed relay. In 2012 Koļesņikovs made his debut in Oberhof in the World Cup and was 91st in the sprint and with Edgars Piksons , Rolands Pužulis and Andrejs Rastorgujevs 15th in the relay race. The first international men's championship was the 2012 European Championships in Osrblie. In individual he was 45th, in the sprint 41st, in the pursuit race 33rd and with Andrejs Rastorgujevs, Toms Praulītis and Rolands Pužulis in the relay race eleventh.
