Arthur Leo Kennedy (born January 9, 1942 in Boston , USA ) is an American Roman Catholic clergyman and auxiliary bishop emeritus in Boston .

Life

Arthur Kennedy received on 17 December 1966 by the rector of the Pontifical North American College , Bishop Francis Frederick Reh , the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On June 30, 2010, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . the titular bishop of Timidana and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Boston. The Archbishop of Boston, Sean Patrick Cardinal O'Malley OFMCap , donated him and Peter Uglietto episcopal ordination on September 14 of the same year ; Co-consecrators were the auxiliary bishops in Boston, Walter Edyvean and Robert Francis Hennessey .

On June 30, 2017, Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation.
