Ascan of barges

Ascan von Bargen (* 1976 ) is a writer and fantasy author.

Life

Ascan von Bargen studied English and Romance languages . His first publications included dark fantasy, but also nobility and romance novels ( booklet novels ). Von Bargen was nominated for the Radio Play Award and the German Fantastic Prize .

The Finnish symphonic metal band Nightwish contributed their hit single Amaranth as the title melody for von Bargen's Vatican thriller series Insignium - In the Sign of the Cross . The leading role of the papal special investigator Sante della Vigna in von Bargen's radio play series is voiced by Dietmar Wunder , who is known as the voice actor for James Bond actor Daniel Craig .
