AMS shareholders are Ahold ( Netherlands ), Dansk Supermarked ( Denmark ), Delhaize ( Belgium ), El Corte Inglés ( Spain ), Esselunga ( Italy ), ICA ( Sweden ), Jeronimo Martins & Filhos / Uniarme ( Portugal ), Kesko Food Limited ( Finland ), Migros (Switzerland), Wm Morrison Supermarkets ( United Kingdom ), Superquinn ( Ireland ) and Système U ( France ). Other companies have membership status: Booker (United Kingdom), Elomas ( Greece ), Hagar ( Iceland ). AMS procures goods worth over 1.5 billion euros for around 11,000 sales outlets in 31 countries each year .
The purchased products are partly sold in the trading companies affiliated with AMS under their own Euro Shopper brand .
