Astrid Lødemel (born December 9, 1971 in Oslo , Norway ) is a former Norwegian ski racer .

The downhill and super-G specialist achieved 14 top 10 places in her career in the World Cup , but she could not record a win. The best result she achieved was second place in the Vail Super-G in December 1992, losing just two hundredths of a second to the winner Ulrike Maier . She achieved third place in March 1993 in the downhill from Morzine behind Katja Seizinger and Regina Häusl .

At the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville , Astrid Lødemel was 15th in the downhill and 22nd in the combination . The high point of her career was the 1993 World Ski Championships in Morioka . In the downhill she won the silver medal behind Kate Pace , and three days later in the Super G behind Katja Seizinger and Sylvia Eder the bronze medal. In 1995 she ended her career as a ski racer.
