He continued to play mainly for the reserve team of his club, but was also eligible to play for the professional team and also took part in the professional training sessions. In summer 2012 he played for the professionals in the post-season Spor Toto Cup . In the 2012/13 season he reached the final of the TFF A2 Ligi , the league of reserve teams, with the reserve team, and lost here with his team to the reserve team from Ankaraspor . With the 2013/14 season, he was increasingly included in the team planning of the professionals. He made his professional debut in the league game on September 21, 2013 against Torku Konyaspor . For the next second half of the season, his club awarded him to the second division Boluspor .

In the summer of 2014 he returned to Gençlerbirliği, but was loaned to the club's second club, the third division club Hacettepe SK , for the coming season . For the second half of the 2015/16 season he was loaned to Hacettepe again.

The new second division Bandırmaspor signed him for the 2016/17 season . With this club he scored 12 goals in 33 league games and was the most successful goalscorer of his team. This missed relegation at the end of the 2016/17 season, so Çiçek left the club and moved to the first division side Istanbul Başakşehir . From there he was loaned to the second division Adana Demirspor for the 2017/18 season.
