The neoclassical villa Besides the Schleifmühle 65 , it was probably built around 1880 according to plans by the architect Eduard Gildemeister . The three- story , upper -class residential building with a protruding middle risalit is reminiscent of the classicist buildings in Berlin and Prussia , which are rare in Bremen.
The basement level stands out from the two upper levels due to its plastering ashlar . The first floor housed the representative rooms. The windows are emphasized by triangular gables. Minor war damage from 1944 could be repaired after the war, conversions took place from 1947 to 1952. In 2014 the house was used as an office building by lawyers and other service providers.
