Domenico Passuello (born March 24, 1978 in Livorno ) is an Italian triathlete and Ironman winner (2015). He is included in the best list of Italian triathletes on the Ironman distance .

Career

Domenico Passuello was active in cycling until 2005.

After a four-year hiatus, he started triathlon in 2009 and he starts today in the half and long distance. In May 2014 he won the half-distance in Rimini and in October also in Sardinia.

In 2015 he started for the newly founded Bahrain Elite Endurance Triathlon Team , which is led by Chris McCormack .

In April 2015, Domenico Passuello won the first edition of the Ironman Taiwan (3.86 km swimming, 180.2 km cycling and 42.195 km running).
