The building with the postal address Auf dem Sankt Nikolaikirchhof 1/2 is a listed building in the street Auf dem Sankt Nikolaikirchhof in Stralsund , southeast of the St. Nikolai Church .

The two-storey brick building with a gable was built towards the middle of the 14th century.

The facade of the elongated, narrow building has on the north, to Semlower road a glazed lying narrow side quatrefoil - Fries on. Above it stands the pillar gable with pointed arches crowned by eyelashes .

The building has an adjoining brick wall on Bechermacherstrasse .

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 834.

The house initially served as a sexton house , but also as a Latin school .
