August Trendel (born January 2, 1872 in Nuremberg ; † May 28, 1947 in Regensburg ) was a lawyer and member of the German Reichstag.

Life

Trendel attended a grammar school in Nuremberg and the Reutlingen grammar school . After graduating from high school, he studied law and political science from 1892 to 1896 at the Friedrich-Alexander University and the Ludwig Maximilians University . In 1896 he became the Baruthia corps bow bearer . It was 1896 Judicial clerk in Nuremberg and underwent in 1899 the State bankruptcy . He established himself as a lawyer in Nuremberg in 1900 and was regional court secretary in Fürth from 1902 . He was the district judge in Wiesentheid (1905), Obernburg am Main (1907) and Hammelburg(1910). From December 1910 he was a district judge in Regensburg.

From 1912 to 1918 he represented the constituency Upper Palatinate 1 ( Regensburg , Burglengenfeld , Stadtamhof ) and the German Center Party in the Reichstag (German Empire) .
