August von Kospoth

August Graf von Kospoth (born March 1, 1864 in Kritschen , Lower Silesia , † April 23, 1917 in Obernigk ) was a Prussian district administrator .

Life

Count Kospoth was the eldest son of Karl August Graf von Kospoth . He studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen . He became a member of the Corps Saxo-Borussia (1883) and Saxonia Göttingen (1885). From 1896 to 1914 he was district administrator of the Oels district in Silesia .

August von Kospoth was married to Gisela von Reinersdorff-Paczensky and Tenczin (1876–1948). The sons Karl August (1898–1917), Erich (1900–1968) and the daughter Marie-Agnes (1903–1994) came from this marriage.

He ended his career in the Prussian Army as Rittmeister d. R. He died shortly after his 53rd birthday.
