House Augustinern 7 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. House Augustinern 6 borders to the west and Augustinern house 8 to the east .
Architecture and history
The two-storey building was built in 1686 in half-timbered construction by the Quedlinburg master carpenter Andreas Besen . The initials A B on the building refer to brooms . On the lower floor of the house, which is only five bundles wide, there is a form of a mezzanine that is described as ancient . The facade is decorated on the threshold with ship throats , pyramid beam heads and profiled filler wood. The corner containers on the upper floor have strong footbands.
At the end of the 20th century the building was in dire need of renovation and was then repaired.
