The avocis AG , headquartered in Tägerwilen, Switzerland was a 2002 under the name theBEEcompany established call center operators . The company renamed avocis in 2011.
In January 2012, avocis and the online advertising company Admazing founded the Avocis Interactive joint venture. The company complements the group's portfolio with social media and online marketing services.
With effect from January 1, 2015, avocis was taken over by the British Capita Group . On July 1, 2015, the avocis brand was dissolved along with other call center operators and the locations were regrouped as Capita Europe. The regional companies were deleted from the respective commercial registers by September.

Switzerland
The company's headquarters in Switzerland were in Tägerwilen , with other locations in Lausanne , Biel and Zurich .
Austria
In Austria, avocis had branches in Vienna and Graz .
Germany
Avocis Deutschland GmbH was based in Berlin . The locations in Anklam , Kiel and Rostock formed the regional company avocis Nord GmbH, while the Leipzig location was a separate regional company as avocis Leipzig GmbH. The locations in Düsseldorf , Krefeld and Mannheim were combined in avocis West GmbH. According to the 2010 consolidated financial statements, the focus of the company's activities in Germany was in the inbound and outbound business. The group was mainly active in the telecommunications, financial services / insurance, energy and pharmaceuticals sectors. The total turnover of all German companies in 2011 was around 120 million euros, with 3,850 employees nationwide.
