Axel Bänsch

Axel Bänsch (born July 15, 1941 in Görlitz ) is a German business economist and emeritus professor for general business administration (ABWL) and marketing at the University of Hamburg .

Life

Axel Bänsch graduated from high school in Hamburg in 1961 . He then completed a degree in business administration at the University of Hamburg and the University of Copenhagen . In 1965, Bänsch graduated from the University of Hamburg with a degree in business administration .

In 1968 he received his doctorate from the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Hamburg. As the topic of his dissertation , Bänsch chose the rural cooperative system in the Federal Republic of Germany and Denmark. Presentation and comparison .

In 1982 he qualified as a professor in business administration at the University of Hamburg. The subject of his habilitation thesis was operationalization of the corporate goal of promoting members . This was followed by teaching assignments and visiting professorships at the University of Kassel , the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and the University of Trier . Bänsch has been appointed to the Syddansk Universitet in Denmark , the University of Oldenburg, the Leuphana University of Lüneburg and the University of Hamburg.

Axel Bänsch finally accepted the position at the University of Hamburg for general business administration and marketing.

Research priorities

Axel Bänsch acted as the author of several books and articles on cooperation theory, ecology and commercial management as well as marketing and scientific work .
