Aziz Abbes Mouhiidine (born October 6, 1998 ) is an Italian boxer and former karateka .

Aziz Mouhiidine trained as a karateka with the Olimpic Planet team in Mercato San Severino . In the Kumite 70 kg + class, he won a bronze medal at the Cadet and Junior World Championships in Spain in 2013 , and also a bronze medal at the WKF Youth World Cup in Croatia in 2014 . In 2016 he won the silver medal in the Kumite 76 kg + class at the EKF European U21 Championships in Cyprus .

Boxing

Mouhiidine was, among other things, quarter-finalist of the World Youth Championships 2016 in Russia and bronze medalist in the super heavyweight division (91 kg +) at the U22 European Championships in Romania in 2017 .

At the U22 European Championships in Romania in 2018, he won the gold medal in the super heavyweight division by defeating Aleksandar Mraović , Michael Pirotton, Mücahit İlyas, Magomed Abdullajew and Marko Milun . He then boxed in the heavyweight division (-91 kg) and won the Mediterranean Games in Spain and the EU championships in Spain in the same year . He defeated among others Cheavan Clarke and Toni Filipi twice .

At the 2019 World Championships in Yekaterinburg , he was eliminated from Hussein Iashaish before reaching the medal ranks .
