The BSC Sendling 1918 Munich is a sports club from Munich . The association was created in 1948 from the merger of BSC Munich with SpVgg Sendling, which was founded in 1918 .

history

The BSC Munich was founded in 1920 as a workers 'sports club and took part in the finals for the German championship in workers' football five times. The venue at that time was the Theresienwiese below the Bavaria . The SpVgg Sendling rose in 1944 to the Munich / Upper Bavaria squadron of the Gauliga Bayern and took fifth place in the 1944/45 season .

After the merger with the SpVgg 1918 Sendling 1948, the BSC Sendling played between 1954 and 1958 in the 1st Amateur League South Bavaria, the then highest amateur class. In 1972 the BSC Sendling became champions of the Bavarian regional league and then belonged to the third-class Bavarian league for two seasons until 1974 .

In the 2019/20 season, the former U-19 European champion Savio Nsereko joined the 1st men's team as an assistant coach and the 2nd men's team as a coach.
