Arthur Baarth
Gottlieb Rudolph Otto Robert Arthur Baarth (born February 28, 1858 in Modrze manor , Posen-West district , † July 23, 1937 in Dresden ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer , district administrator and politician. He was also an opponent of the Mittelland Canal (" Canal Rebels ").
Life
Baarth officiated since 1887 as a district administrator in the district of Posen-east until it in 1899 z D was made. From 1899 to 1903 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the German Conservative Party (DkP). 1903-1907, he served as Councilor in the police headquarters in Berlin busy.
