The VEB Bagger-, Bugsier- und Bergungsreederei Rostock (BBB) ​​was a shipping company in the GDR that specialized in technical services for the maritime industry. The state-owned company was founded on January 1, 1970 from the VEB Deutsche Seebaggerei Rostock (DSB) and the VEB Lotsen-, Bugsier- und Bergungsdienst (LBB). From 1974 the VEB BBB belonged to the VEB Kombinat Seeverkehr und Hafenwirtschaft. Until 1990, the permanent staff included around 2500 employees.
