Bainang

Bainang ( Tibetan : པ་ སྣམ་ རྫོང་ , transcription after Wylie : pa snam rdzong, also Panam Dzong ; Chinese  白朗 县 , Pinyin Báilǎng Xiàn ) is a district of the district-free city of Xigazê in the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . In 1999 it had 41,516 inhabitants.
