Kangmar ( Tibetan ཁང་ དམར་ རྫོང་ ། , transcription after Wylie : khang dmar , also Khangmar Dzong ; Chinese  康马 县 , Pinyin Kāngmǎ Xiàn ) is a district in the southeast of the district-free city of Xigazê in the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . In 1999 it had 19,306 inhabitants.
