The Barania Góra (German: Widderberg ) is a mountain in Poland . With a height of 1220 m, it is the second highest mountain in the Silesian Beskids and in the Barania ridge and the highest point in the Polish part of Upper Silesia . The mountain is a popular tourist destination with many views of the neighboring mountains and the lowlands. It belongs to the municipality of Vistula .

The two source rivers of the Vistula , the Biała Wisełka (Little White Vistula) and the Czarna Wisełka (Little Black Vistula), which flow together in the Jezioro Czerniańskie reservoir near Wisła-Czarne , arise on the western slope of the mountain .
