Barbara Bosson
Barbara Bosson (born November 1, 1939 in Charleroi , Pennsylvania ) is an American actress . She is best known for her roles in Hill Street Police Station , Inspector Hooperman and Murder One .
Life
Bosson made her first film appearance in Bullitt in 1968 . She gained fame through her leading television roles Fay Furillo in Hill Street Police Station (1981–1987) for which she received five Emmy nominations, Captain CZ Stern in Inspector Hooperman (1987–1989) and Miriam Grasso in Murder One (1995–1997) A 1996 Q Award ( Viewers for Quality Television Awards ) and an Emmy nomination. She had other series appearances among others in Richie Brockelman, Private Eye (1978), Cop Rock (1990), Civil Wars (1992-1993) and Superman - The Adventures of Lois & Clark (1995).
Films she starred in include Richie Brockelman: The Missing 24 Hours (1976), The Model-Killer (1984), Starfight (1984), Hostage Flight (1985), Allison Tate (1986), Ein kleine Satansbraten (1989) and The Great American Sex Scandal (1990).
In February 1969 she married the screenwriter and film producer Steven Bochco , with whom she has two children. In 1998 the divorce took place.
